Nothern Santa Barbara County Athlete Round Table End the Year Banquet

Last night May  18, 2022, was the Nothern Santa Barbara County Athlete Round Table End the Year Banquet. I want to thank Sara Araujo for her help in decorating our SM tables and Coaches Yamate, Nordwall, Rodriguez, Lambert, and Barnett for their support of our Student-Athletes. Our young men and women represented Santa Maria with class and dignity. It is with great honor to announce our own Yasmin Miranda Gonzalez won the Joni Gray award. Joni Gray was a Santa Barbara District Supervisor who was the driving force behind the Athletic Round Table. She was also an alumnus of Santa Maria High School. Yasmin is a fantastic young lady and well-deserving of this award. I would also like to recognize our other 3 nominations from Santa Maria, Male Athlete of the Year: Alex Milner, Male Scholar of the Year: Arquime De Jesus, and Female Athlete of the Year: Yvette (Betty) Abundiz.
