Requesting High School Transcripts

Please note: Requests are processed within 48 hours after date of receipt.

Transcripts for previous students are $3.00 per copy (cash, Cashier's Check, or Money Orders only). Graduation verification from third parties (such as background checks) are also $3.00.

To request your transcript in person, please come into the records office located at the address below. Our office hours are 7:30 am to 3:45 pm, Monday through Friday. Please bring a photo ID.

To request transcripts by mail, please mail the Requesting High School Transcripts form (see link below), and include the following:

  • Copy of picture ID
  • $3.00 Cashier's Check or Money Order payable to Santa Maria High School

 If you would like to have someone come into our office to either pay for and/or pick-up your transcript, you may email your request along with a scanned photo ID and the name of the person who will be coming in to


Students must reside within the following boundaries:

 Northern Boundary

  • South of Alvin
  • West of College and south of Jones Street

 Southern Boundary

  • North of McCoy Lane
  • East of Santa Cruz Court
  • North of Sunrise Drive
  • All students living in Tanglewood

 Western Boundary

  • South of Simas Road to Betteravia, west of Black Road

 Eastern Boundary

  • West of State Highway 170 (Philbric Road) and west of Telephone Road


 Student must reside in SMHS attendance area. Parents must complete an enrollment packet consisting of the following forms: 

  • Signature Page
  • Emergency Card
  • Birth Certificate
  • Immunization Record
  • Address verification (utility bill, Driver's License, Lease Agreement, or check stub)
  • Transcripts/report cards from last school of attendance

 Students returning from Alternative Education Programs must have prior approval from the AEP Committee and re-enroll at SMHS.

 Any previous fines or charges encumbered in the District must be cleared (or payment arrangements made) before registration is completed.
